Eddy Current - Principles of Force

  • The amount of current that we induce in any material will be much less than the inducing current - notice red is greater than blue.
  • Secondary events are always in opposition to the primary ones - notice blue is opposite of red.
  • Current flow is greater in the primary conductor than the induced one - notice blue is 'weaker' than red.
